What data do we process?
The name, email address and message entered in the contact form, as well as the time of sending and your IP address.
For what purpose and on what legal basis?
We process the name, email address and message solely to answer your inquiry and to make an offer if applicable, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We process the time of sending and the IP address to prevent abuse (for example mass unsolicited messages), based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long do we keep it?
Until the matter is closed, but for no longer than 1 year, unless a contract is concluded: in that case for the period required by law. To limit rapid repeated sending, the server stores a hash of the IP address (not the address itself) and the timestamps of the submissions in its temporary folder for no longer than 1 hour.
Who do we share it with?
We do not share it with third parties. The data are stored on the server and in the email system of the hosting provider (processor): Tárhely.Eu Kft., 1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 12–14., Hungary, tarhely.eu.
